Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Jinan, China — boutique sales role focused on clienteling, sales achievement and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for personal sales performance.
- Welcome every client and deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Engage and develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Advise clients across all product categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Participate proactively in store activities and contribute as a committed team member to the store’s overall objectives.
- Adhere to brand grooming, behavioural standards and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time college diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ experience in luxury boutique retail or a related client-facing service role.
- Prior exposure to ready-to-wear, footwear or watch categories is advantageous.
- Proactive sales mindset with strong service skills and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
- Reliable, diligent, eager to learn and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Standard Mandarin required; everyday conversational English preferred.
- Basic computer literacy.

Experience
At least two years of experience in boutique luxury retail or another high-end, client-facing service environment; candidates with background in apparel, footwear or watches will be prioritised.
Education
Full-time college diploma (associate degree) or higher.
