Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Maison with professionalism, discretion and passion.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
- Master product knowledge across categories to provide informed, tailored advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to sustain a positive, high-energy retail environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise diverse clientele.
- Highly motivated, curious and committed to continuous professional development.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment, with demonstrable success meeting individual and team sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury brand management preferred.
