Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class inbound client service across phone, email and digital channels, providing personalised advice and solutions to Italian- and Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and making tailored product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including commercial targets, client satisfaction and retention metrics, with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Take ownership of client concerns from first contact to resolution, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, effective outcomes and preserve client loyalty.
  • Apply storytelling and consultative selling techniques to convert interactions into sales opportunities while protecting brand integrity and compliance.
  • Work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support service coverage across multiple markets.

Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and/or Spanish (required).
  • Proven customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude and storytelling ability; experience converting service interactions into commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines with attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Availability and flexibility to work shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service is a strong plus.
