Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and commercial targets with a sales-driven mindset focused on client retention and satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional inbound client service across phone, email and digital channels, providing personalised advice and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain durable client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Own client concerns from first contact to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and effective outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and client experience initiatives through feedback and constructive collaboration.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a demonstrable client-first mindset.
- Strong sales orientation and a track record (or clear aptitude) for achieving targets.
- Professional reliability, punctuality and ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms, notably Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client service is preferred but not mandatory.
