Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance targets
- Master comprehensive brand heritage and product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton collections
- Provide expert product advisement to clients across the full brand portfolio
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic use of clienteling systems and touchpoints
- Deliver personalized styling guidance tailored to each client's preferences and needs
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong command of luxury product knowledge and brand heritage
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
