Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance goals
- Master brand heritage and product knowledge across all categories
- Provide expert product consultation and tailored style guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic clienteling
- Leverage in-house CRM and clienteling systems to enhance customer experience
