Louis Vuitton is hiring a Client Advisor in Honolulu, HI. Join the Maison to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences (USD $23–27/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to a diverse luxury clientele and act as an ambassador for the brand in every interaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through strategic selling, cross-category advising and effective client prioritisation.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and documented follow-up processes.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge to advise clients across all categories and curate relevant selections.
- Contribute to a high-performance store environment through collaborative teamwork, visual standards and participation in store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing experience; prior retail experience in a high-end or luxury environment preferred but not required.
- Demonstrable commercial and sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to build trust with an international clientele.
- Professional presentation, discretion and commitment to brand standards.
- Willingness to learn, participate in formal training programmes and adopt proprietary clienteling systems.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; applicants may be beginners but should demonstrate customer-facing experience. Previous retail or luxury sales experience is advantageous and will accelerate success in the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, hospitality or a related field is a plus but not required.
