Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives through consultative selling and strategic account development.
  • Advise clients across all product categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
  • Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to build, maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads and manage appointments to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
  • Participate in mandatory training, merchandising, and store operations to ensure consistent brand presentation and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of client-facing retail or sales experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Capacity to learn and master luxury product knowledge across multiple categories.
  • Availability to work on-site at the Hilton Hawaiian Village location and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
