Louis Vuitton Client Advisor position in Hong Kong. Full-time luxury retail role focused on client advisory and sales achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives while remaining accountable for sales results
- Welcome and greet every client with exceptional service standards
- Advise clients across the brand portfolio and all product categories with expert product knowledge
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty
- Perform as an effective team player and participate in store-wide activities that contribute to overall objectives
- Master and continuously update brand and product knowledge to maintain competitive expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or service-oriented industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and brand values
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
