Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and be accountable for individual sales results while contributing to team targets and store performance.
- Welcome every client and create an outstanding, personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice across the brand’s full product assortment and tailor recommendations to client needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and proactive follow-up to foster loyalty.
- Act as a collaborative team player, participating in store initiatives and contributing to collective objectives.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge; keep abreast of house standards and product launches.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming, conduct and visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience; prior experience in a high-end or luxury environment strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with a diverse, discerning client base.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to influence and advise clients.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards; commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium environment, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary studies in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred.
