Louis Vuitton Client Advisor (Seasonal) in Helsinki — Part-time retail role from November–March with emphasis on luxury customer service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for sales results
- Welcome every client and deliver exceptional customer experience consistent with brand standards
- Advise clients across the complete Louis Vuitton product range and all categories
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty through clienteling tools and techniques
- Perform as an effective team player and contribute to broader store objectives and activities
- Acquire and master comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Maintain Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming, presentation, and professional conduct
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
