Louis Vuitton Client Advisor role in Hanoi, Vietnam – luxury client services with omni-channel engagement and sales focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build sound client knowledge during interactions across omni-channels to establish personalized rapport and credible relationships
- Achieve day-to-day operational requirements including sales targets, contact handling (75% inbound, 25% outbound), clienteling activities, service SLAs, quality standards, and productivity metrics
- Deliver exceptional service on inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, chat, and emerging channels with professional handling of inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Discover client needs and recommend relevant products, employing cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize sales outcomes
- Utilize the ICON app to track clienteling activities, communicate with clients, and convert opportunities into sales
- Escalate complex issues to Team Manager as required; ensure all complaints are shared with Team Manager and Client Experience Manager for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including proper handling of personal information and operational guidelines
- Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives that drive business objectives
- Perform back-of-house duties including product receiving, quality checking, order processing, packing, and shipping as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or client services
- Strong product knowledge or ability to rapidly acquire expertise in luxury fashion and accessories
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment
- Proficiency with omni-channel service delivery and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage clients professionally across multiple platforms
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury client services, retail advisory, or related customer-facing roles, with demonstrated competency in achieving sales targets and maintaining service excellence standards.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in hospitality, luxury retail, or business administration are advantageous.
