Louis Vuitton Client Advisor seasonal position in Gstaad, Switzerland. High-end retail role with focus on luxury client experience and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for measurable commercial results
  • Welcome and engage every client with personalized attention, delivering exceptional experiences aligned with the Maison's promise
  • Support clients in exploring and purchasing the complete range of Louis Vuitton products across all universes
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using sophisticated clienteling tools and platforms to cultivate brand loyalty
  • Contribute actively to teamwork and participate in all boutique initiatives that advance collective goals and performance
  • Master the Maison's heritage, collections, and craftsmanship; cultivate in-depth product expertise across all categories
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton's rigorous brand standards in grooming, appearance, and professional behaviour
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven retail or luxury clienteling experience
  • Proficiency in English and French at B2 level minimum; additional languages considered advantageous
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaborative teamwork capabilities
  • Commercial mindset combined with genuine empathy and client-centric orientation
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and throughout the high season period
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
