Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class inbound client service across phone, email and digital channels for the German market, advising and assisting clients with product, availability and after-sales queries.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including commercial targets, client satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Build and maintain personalised relationships by understanding client preferences, anticipating needs and offering curated recommendations.
- Own client concerns from first contact to resolution; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently and secure client retention.
- Ensure accurate recording and follow-up of client interactions and data in CRM and relevant databases to maintain data integrity.
- Manage complaints and difficult situations professionally, maintaining composure and Louis Vuitton standards throughout.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by demonstrating Louis Vuitton values and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German — excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales aptitude with strong storytelling and consultative selling abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage discerning clients.
- Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays to cover German-speaking markets.
- Detail-oriented, punctual and able to manage multiple tasks to agreed schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce advantageous.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client service is a plus; multicultural work experience welcomed.

Entry-level role; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling or a customer-facing contact centre is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, languages, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
