Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class inbound client service for the German market across phone, email and digital channels, providing personalised advice and product recommendations.
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team KPIs, including commercial targets and client retention metrics, with a sales‑driven mindset.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Take ownership of client concerns from intake to resolution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely outcomes and maximise client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of client interactions, follow‑ups and records in CRM systems and internal databases to preserve data integrity.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally, upholding Louis Vuitton’s service standards and brand image.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by demonstrating professionalism, discretion and adherence to Louis Vuitton values in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent German, both written and spoken; additional proficiency in Polish or Turkish is a strong advantage.
- Proven customer‑first mindset with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable sales and storytelling ability, capable of converting service interactions into commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service is a plus; genuine interest in luxury fashion and market trends.

Entry‑level. Prior experience in luxury retail, boutique clienteling or a contact centre environment is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable aptitude for sales and client relationship management is expected.
Education
