Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets; remain fully accountable for personal sales performance.
- Welcome every client and deliver an exemplary, personalised luxury experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories, proactively identifying needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute as a collaborative team member to store initiatives and activities that support overall store objectives.
- Acquire, maintain and articulate in-depth brand and product knowledge; uphold grooming and behavioural standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Full-time college diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ experience in boutique retail or a related customer-service environment.
- Prior experience with high-end ready-to-wear, footwear or watches is advantageous.
- Demonstrable consultative sales ability and proactive service orientation.
- Reliable, hardworking, curious and a committed team player.
- Standard Mandarin required; everyday conversational English preferred.
- Basic computer literacy.

Experience
At least two years of experience in luxury or premium retail or a service-oriented role; candidates with direct experience in apparel, footwear or watches will be prioritised.
Education
Associate degree (full-time) or higher.
