Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class inbound client service via phone, email and digital channels for the French market, advising and assisting clients with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and commercial targets, applying a sales‑driven mindset and storytelling to convert service interactions into sales and retention.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs, and offering personalised recommendations.
- Own client issues from initial contact to resolution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient outcomes and preserve client loyalty.
- Ensure accurate entry and timely follow‑up of client data and case records in CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
- Manage complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally, upholding Louis Vuitton service standards and brand values.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, demonstrating discretion, impeccable presentation and adherence to company standards in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken French and Dutch (excellent communication skills required).
- Demonstrable client‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive, storytelling approach to sales.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays to support international markets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Detail‑oriented, punctual, able to multitask and deliver results to agreed schedules.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client services is a strong advantage; passion for luxury fashion and market awareness preferred.
