Louis Vuitton — Client Advisor (French & Dutch) in Brussels. Temporary on‑site Client Services role delivering inbound French‑market support and achieving commercial KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class inbound customer service via phone, email and digital channels for the French market, addressing enquiries with professionalism and commercial awareness.
- Continuously meet and exceed individual and team KPIs related to sales, client satisfaction and retention with a sales‑driven mindset.
- Build and sustain personalised relationships by understanding client preferences, anticipating needs and proposing relevant product recommendations.
- Take ownership of client concerns, drive timely resolution and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of client records and follow‑up actions within CRM and other databases, initiating updates as required.
- Manage complaints and difficult situations calmly and effectively while upholding Louis Vuitton’s service standards and brand values.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and/or Dutch (French strongly preferred for this role).
- Proven sales aptitude with strong storytelling and persuasive skills to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Customer‑first mindset with exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
- Highly motivated, energetic team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to impeccable service.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver to agreed schedules with punctuality and strong time management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, to support varying market needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems; prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client services and an interest in luxury fashion are a plus.

Entry‑level / beginner. Prior experience in customer service or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates must demonstrate interpersonal aptitude, commercial awareness and the ability to work to KPIs in a multicultural environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, hospitality, languages or customer service preferred.
