Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, Fragrance - 3-day part-time role in Amsterdam's de Bijenkorf store. Dutch and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Animate the fragrance table by welcoming clients and guiding them through interactive scent discovery sessions
- Process fragrance refills and engravings for clients
- Ensure the fragrance table meets visual merchandising standards and cleanliness requirements throughout the day
- Engage clients during waiting times to enhance their in-store experience
- Convert client conversations and consultations into sales
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with additional Friday availability
- Genuine interest in discovering client needs and storytelling
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence capabilities
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Proven ability to convert conversations into retail sales
- Familiarity with designer and niche fragrance brands, ingredients, and current trends (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, beauty, or hospitality is valued; however, mindset and attitude are prioritized, as comprehensive training on Louis Vuitton fragrances will be provided to the successful candidate.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; training will be provided by the brand.
