Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client receives personalized, high-standard service aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while contributing to store performance.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and the use of in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Advise clients across all product categories, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Tailor the in-store experience to client needs to elevate satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing experience, preferably in retail or a luxury/high-end environment.
- Proven commercial and sales aptitude with a strategic mindset for achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and represent the brand in a premium retail setting.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the Clearfork, Fort Worth boutique.
