Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering personalised, memorable client experiences in accordance with brand standards.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives, contribute to team targets and pursue commission opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using Louis Vuitton’s clienteling tools and CRM systems; ensure accurate client records and follow-up.
  • Advise clients across all product categories through expert product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
  • Continuously master product knowledge, seasonal collections and brand history to elevate client interactions.
  • Support store operations as needed to ensure a refined in-store environment and a seamless client journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or client-facing roles; experience in luxury or high‑end retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with clienteling or CRM tools and ability to manage client data responsibly.
  • Availability to work on-site at the Clearfork boutique, including retail hours, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
