Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining accountability for boutique revenue performance
- Welcome every client and deliver the premium client experience consistent with Louis Vuitton's luxury standards
- Provide comprehensive product support and guidance across all Louis Vuitton collections
- Cultivate sustainable client relationships through strategic clienteling tools and initiatives to drive brand loyalty
- Contribute meaningfully to team performance and participate in all activities that support boutique objectives
- Develop deep expertise in brand heritage, values, and product knowledge
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's exacting standards in personal presentation, conduct, and service delivery
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a luxury or premium environment
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and sales acumen
- Fluent English; additional language proficiency highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
