Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional inbound client service across phone, email and digital channels, providing personalised advice and support to clients in English.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and commercial targets with a sales‑driven approach and strong storytelling techniques.
- Build and maintain durable client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and proposing tailored recommendations.
- Own client enquiries and complaints from first contact to resolution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift, professional outcomes that maximise client retention.
- Ensure accurate capture and maintenance of client data and case follow‑up within CRM systems and internal databases.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written command of English; proficiency in Finnish, Swedish or Danish is a strong advantage.
- Proven commercial acumen with demonstrated sales and storytelling skills; client‑first mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to represent the Maison’s values in every interaction.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays to cover multiple English‑speaking markets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
