Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class inbound client service via phone, email and digital channels for English-speaking markets, advising and assisting clients with professionalism and discretion.
- Achieve and continuously strive to exceed individual and team KPIs, including commercial targets, client retention and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Build and maintain personalised relationships with clients by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Own client concerns from first contact through resolution, collaborating across departments to ensure swift, effective solutions and client retention.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in CRM and other databases to maintain record integrity and support seamless client journeys.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally, preserving Louis Vuitton’s service standards and brand reputation.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by exemplifying Louis Vuitton values and high standards of service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English (required); proficiency in Finnish, Swedish or Danish is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer-first mindset.
- Proven sales capability and storytelling skills with a focus on personalised client experiences.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays to serve multiple English-speaking markets.
- Punctual, organised and able to manage multiple tasks to agreed schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client services is a plus; demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and trends is desirable.
