Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating an inviting and personalised in-boutique experience.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories and other categories to present features, provenance and value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective cross-selling, up-selling and follow-up.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, update preferences and track purchase history to drive repeat business.
- Organise and host client appointments and in-store events to deepen engagement and cultivate loyalty.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards across the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately, support inventory receiving/transfers, and comply with security and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or a boutique environment, with demonstrable sales performance.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and a polished professional presentation.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Multilingual ability is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in luxury retail or high-end boutique sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; professional training or certifications in luxury retail, sales or customer service are advantageous.
