Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in the premium fashion and jewelry sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a client book through proactive outreach and appointment setting.
  • Demonstrate category agility by supporting cross-category sales in Fine Jewelry and Ready-to-Wear.
  • Participate in event-driven outreach to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of frontline sales experience in premium fashion or jewelry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

Strong client relationship management skills. Energetic and proactive approach to sales and clienteling. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

1-5 years of frontline selling experience in premium fashion or jewelry, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Workplace

This position is based in Dongcheng District, Beijing, China, within easy reach of Beijing. The broader Beijing area accounts for 177 active listings on Cerulean, 2 of which are new. In China as a whole, Cerulean currently features 1.773 open positions, with 30 posted this week.
