Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering bespoke, high‑touch service that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Leverage in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems to develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and capture relevant data.
- Tailor the client experience through personalised recommendations and follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain best‑in‑class service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing retail or client advisory experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven sales record with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Commercial mindset with strong client orientation and discretion when handling high‑value clientele.
- Ability to learn and master brand product ranges and merchandising principles quickly.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings.

Education
