Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge
- Advise clients across all product categories
- Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships
- Treat every client according to the Louis Vuitton brand promise
- Tailor client experiences to elevate brand impression
- Build lasting relationships through in-house clienteling systems and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end markets
- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to operate as a personal advisor
- Strategic sales and commercial acumen
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
