Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting, personalised advisory and closing techniques.
- Develop in‑depth brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide tailored recommendations and styling advice.
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client experiences and cultivate long‑term relationships using the brand’s in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Manage client appointments, follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records to maximise lifetime value.
- Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, visual standards, stock management and POS transactions.
- Participate in training programmes and contribute to a collaborative store culture that meets luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or client‑facing sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail background preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with refined commercial awareness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail or customer‑facing sales experience, ideally within a high‑end or luxury environment; demonstrated success against sales targets and experience using clienteling or CRM systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or qualifications in fashion, retail, merchandising or business are advantageous.
