Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise and brand standards
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, advising and closing
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM processes
- Master and continuously update product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Professional presence and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to retail hours including weekends and peak seasons
