Louis Vuitton Client Advisor role in Irving, Texas, supporting Canadian market with bilingual French/English support. $22/hour starting rate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-centric support across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, chat) addressing inquiries related to product availability, transactions, shipping, order status, and after-sales support
  • Lead French-language queue management and support Canadian-specific operational needs, ensuring accurate and seamless bilingual communication
  • Achieve assigned performance goals across sales, productivity, quality metrics, and queue adherence while managing multiple systems and tools
  • Embody Louis Vuitton brand values, service standards, etiquette, and selling ceremony in every client interaction
  • Maintain current knowledge of Canadian service standards, regulations, and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company and market-specific policies
  • Proactively manage escalations and resolutions for Canadian market clients, including defective exchanges and repair inquiries
  • Serve as a key operational liaison with the Team Manager and Logistics team regarding Canadian queue performance
  • Mentor newly tenured advisors and support French-language proficiency evaluations and mock call scheduling
  • Contribute to Canadian business performance through action plans, product focus initiatives, and departmental training

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English at a professional level
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in service delivery, sales performance, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Salesforce, Genesys, MS Office, My Repair, and UPS systems
  • Strong ability to remain composed under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Proven interpersonal and mentoring capabilities with peers and clients
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Leadership potential with capability for progression into Team Lead or Senior Specialty Advisor roles

Experience
