Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver client-centric responses to inquiries spanning product availability, sales, shipping updates, and after-sales support across multiple channels
- Maintain detailed client profiles and leverage clienteling tools to personalize experiences and tailor recommendations based on individual preferences and purchase history
- Achieve individual performance objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and key performance indicators while ensuring efficient system utilization
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Louis Vuitton's values and ethos in every client interaction
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
- Participate actively in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and maintain current knowledge of product lines and company initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish highly desirable
- Exceptional ability to build rapport, de-escalate challenging situations, and maintain composure under pressure
- Technical proficiency with multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM software
