Louis Vuitton seeks a part-time Client Advisor for its Easton Columbus boutique to deliver personalized service, advise clients across product categories, and build lasting relationships through clienteling. The role is permanent and part-time, with an hourly rate of USD 20–25 and bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
- Learn and master Louis Vuitton brand and product knowledge.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Use clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
- Discover clients’ needs and tailor their in-store experience to strengthen their impression of the brand.
- Build lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market; candidates with a strong customer-centric background will also be considered.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for a diverse, international clientele.
- A strategic sales and commercial mindset.
- Willingness to learn and a talent for building meaningful relationships.
- A determined, curious nature that supports individual and team performance.
