Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering personalised, memorable client experiences in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through consultative selling and a proactive commercial approach.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems, including post-sale follow-up and personalized outreach.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold the brand’s visual and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail or a client-facing role; prior experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales mindset.
- Demonstrated curiosity, professionalism and the ability to learn product knowledge rapidly.
- Availability to work on-site in a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and peak periods.

Education
