Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store commercial performance.
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client experiences across all product categories in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Acquire and maintain deep brand and product knowledge to advise clients and maximise conversion and basket value.
- Collaborate with the store team to uphold visual and service standards and participate in ongoing training and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client‑facing experience; experience in high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven sales record with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑centric, advisory approach.
- Ability to learn and apply product and brand knowledge quickly and consistently.
