Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time diploma or above.
- More than two years of work experience in boutique retail or related service industries.
- Background in high-end clothing, footwear, and watch products is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent and eager to learn, with a good team spirit.
- Standard Mandarin, proficiency in daily oral English is preferred.
- Understand basic computer operations.

Experience
More than two years of experience in boutique retail or related service industries, preferably with a background in high-end clothing, footwear, and watch products.
Education
Full-time diploma or above.
Workplace
The role is situated in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. There are currently 41 open positions in Chengdu on Cerulean. Within Sichuan, Cerulean currently features 55 open roles. Across China, Cerulean lists 1.776 open roles — 33 of them newly added.
