Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences
- Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects brand values and commitment to excellence
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals through effective client engagement and relationship building
- Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients
- Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market
- Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with proven ability to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Demonstrated passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage and influence clients effectively
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market environment. Candidates with a strong background in customer-centric environments will also be considered. Experience demonstrating strategic sales capability, client relationship development, and comfort with luxury product categories is valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 28 per hour.
