Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences
  • Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects brand values and commitment to excellence
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals through effective client engagement and relationship building
  • Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients
  • Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market
  • Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with proven ability to achieve individual and team sales goals
