Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, memorable client experience by understanding and anticipating client needs and preferences.
- Act as a passionate ambassador of the Maison, representing brand values in every client interaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting, conversion and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories to provide informed, bespoke advice.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to create and sustain long‑term client relationships and personalised outreach.
- Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to ensure a dynamic, service‑oriented store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or customer‑facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets and contributing to team results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse clientele.
- A genuine passion for client relationship building and delivering high standards of service.
