Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised, memorable client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton’s heritage and standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador by articulating the maison’s product stories, provenance and craftsmanship with passion.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up, leveraging CRM to capture client preferences.
- Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall store objectives.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure flawless visual presentation and readiness of merchandise.
- Support store operations including stock management, client appointments and seamless handover between shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI-driven goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to retail hours (weekends and peak trading periods).

Experience
Minimum three years of professional, client-facing experience within luxury retail, premium hospitality or equivalent customer-centric roles, with demonstrable sales results.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion, hospitality or luxury brand management are advantageous.
