Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor (Korean speaker) in Cebu, Philippines. Full-time, on-site role delivering luxury client service at NuSTAR Cebu.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage clients on the sales floor, warmly welcoming them, uncovering needs and providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches and jewellery.
- Proactively manage and develop client relationships through follow-up, outreach and tailored clienteling activities.
- Represent the Maison at all times by maintaining impeccable personal presentation and ensuring the store environment reflects Louis Vuitton’s luxury standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintaining a refined sales floor.
- Provide culturally sensitive, fluent Korean-language service to Korean-speaking clients, translating product information and facilitating seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ proven experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable client-facing role, with demonstrable clienteling success.
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English and/or Cebuano/Tagalog is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect across diverse client profiles.
- Strong commercial orientation with a documented track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passion for luxury fashion and thorough knowledge of product assortments.
- Collaborative team player with flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
