Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively welcome and engage clients, creating a warm and inviting boutique atmosphere
  • Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding needs, and anticipating desires
  • Master comprehensive product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, fine jewelry) and confidently present features, benefits, and brand heritage
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling luxury collections
  • Maintain pristine presentation of the sales floor and ensure all products are beautifully displayed
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history for relationship nurturing
  • Proactively follow up with clients through multiple channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to drive repeat business
  • Host and participate in client events to develop a strong network of loyal clientele
  • Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and demonstrable passion for luxury
  • Maintain awareness of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities
