Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalised service that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise.
  • Proactively identify and qualify client needs to tailor product selections and curate memorable shopping experiences.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage appointments, client follow-ups and maintain accurate client records to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the store team to uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Operate POS and complete transactions in accordance with company procedures while ensuring confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial orientation with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset, curiosity, discretion and a professional demeanour appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ability to learn brand product knowledge rapidly and apply it to bespoke client recommendations.

Experience
