Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Bucharest, Romania — full-time fixed-term contract delivering personalised luxury client service (English & Romanian).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with refined, personalised service that reflects the Maison’s standards and brand promise.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs, offering expert product knowledge and proposing tailored solutions.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up, both in-store and via phone or email.
- Drive sales performance with a strategic, target-oriented mindset while contributing to store KPIs.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain visual and operational standards.
- Participate in brand and product training, and apply Maison storytelling to enrich the client journey.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail or hospitality is required.
- Fluency in Romanian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, curiosity and cultural sensitivity.
- Demonstrated team spirit, resilience in a high-paced environment and a commitment to continuous personal development.
- Genuine interest in the Maison’s history, products and brand universes.

Experience
Entry-level role with prior client-facing experience in retail or hospitality required; proven ability to deliver personalised service and meet sales objectives is expected.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality, languages or luxury goods is an asset.
