Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering exemplary service and upholding Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioral standards.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets; be accountable for personal sales performance.
- Welcome and advise every Client, tailoring the experience to their needs and preferences.
- Proactively prospect and contact Clients to develop and nurture long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools and CRM processes.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s collections and communicate product features and heritage effectively.
- Work collaboratively as a team player and participate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Fluent in Dutch and French with a strong command of English.
- Commercially driven with a proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, professional presentation and the ability to multitask in a high‑pace boutique environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships and to work effectively as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within high-end fashion or leather goods, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, sales or fashion preferred.
