Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience and upholding brand standards of grooming and conduct.
- Welcome clients and provide personalised advice across all product categories, guiding purchases and cross-selling within the maison.
- Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and multichannel outreach to foster loyalty.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for personal sales results.
- Collaborate as an engaged team member and contribute to store activities that support overall commercial targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or high-end, client-facing sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets in a boutique or department store environment.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a personalized client portfolio.
- Impeccable presentation and professional conduct in line with luxury brand standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive, results-driven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, including direct client development and achievement of individual commercial targets.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, sales, fashion or hospitality preferred.
