Louis Vuitton — Client Advisor (temporary) in Bodrum, Turkey. Seasonal on‑site role at Marina and Mandarin Oriental boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, memorable client experience across Louis Vuitton’s product categories in the Bodrum Marina and Mandarin Oriental boutiques.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for achieving assigned targets.
- Welcome clients, qualify their needs and provide expert advice that reflects brand standards and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and other CRM methods to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute actively to store operations and team activities, sharing knowledge and participating in collective initiatives to meet overall store objectives.
- Adhere strictly to Louis Vuitton’s grooming, presentation and behavioural standards and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum three years of professional, client-facing experience; prior retail, luxury or hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Full‑time availability for the summer season, including weekends.
- Tertiary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not mandatory.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset, responsibility and ownership; strong empathy, curiosity and agility in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Minimum three years in client‑facing roles; experience within luxury retail or hospitality is preferred but not strictly required.
Education
Tertiary education in sales, marketing or tourism preferred, though not mandatory.
