Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Act as a brand ambassador: present products and services with passion, expertise and impeccable client service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, client engagement and relationship development.
- Master product knowledge across categories and provide informed styling and product advice.
- Use in-house clienteling tools and systems to record client preferences, manage follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain a dynamic, client-centric environment and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships across a diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong influencing ability.
- Motivation to learn, adapt and contribute creatively to team performance.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred but candidates from strong customer-centric backgrounds will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, fashion, business or related fields is a plus.
