Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Act as a brand ambassador in every client interaction, upholding the maison’s standards of service and presentation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised client engagement and effective closing.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to create and sustain long‑term client relationships and manage follow‑up.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a dynamic, service‑oriented store environment and support merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience; prior experience within high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated commercial and strategic sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships across a diverse client base.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and participate in ongoing professional training and development.
- Availability to work on‑site at the Boca Raton boutique on a part‑time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
