Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalised client experiences that reflect Louis Vuitton standards and brand promise.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through strategic selling, cross‑selling and upselling.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
  • Master and communicate product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
  • Support daily store operations, maintain visual and merchandising standards, and participate in training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional retail or client‑facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.

  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
