Louis Vuitton seeks a part-time Client Advisor for a permanent, on-site role in Bellevue, Washington. The advisor will deliver tailored client experiences, advise across product categories, achieve sales goals, master product knowledge and build long-term relationships through clienteling tools. Compensation is USD 23–26 per hour, plus commission opportunity, paid time off programs, two retirement plans with employer contributions, and employee discounts and perks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Use clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
- Discover clients’ needs and tailor their in-store experience to elevate their impression of Louis Vuitton.
- Build lasting client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Contribute to personal and team performance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused, curious and motivated, with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
- Strategic sales and commercial mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to form meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market; candidates with a strong customer-centric background will also be considered.
